Guarantee
All our products are covered by a twelve month guarantee. In the event of any goods being faulty, please contact us.

Cooling Off
Your right to cancel an order ends seven days from the date we deliver the goods to you. If the goods have already been delivered, you may return them to us at your own expense. Please contact us immediately if you wish to terminate this agreement.

Delivery Schedule
We use a carrier to deliver goods on our behalf. Goods are normally delivered from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries are available but will incur a surcharge. If our carrier is unable to deliver the goods to the specified address, or if you fail to respond to the ‘sorry we missed you’ card, the carrier may return the goods to us at your expense.

Mainland UK delivery. Subject to stock availability your order should be delivered within seven working days. If goods do not arrive within the expected time, please contact us.

Delays
If the Bednest or any of the optional extras are temporarily out of stock, we will try to contact you with the option to change or cancel your order.

Tax Charges
All our prices are inclusive of VAT at 15%, which will be indicated on your invoice. If you are able to purchase goods exempt from VAT (e.g. you reside outside the UK) then please contact us for prices excluding VAT.

This website is provided for the purpose of displaying information about the Bednest, and detailing what services and goods we provide. We aim to keep the content up-to-date, although we as a business are continuously developing therefore the website may occasionally not be completely up-to-date.
